We make every effort to ship in-stock orders on the same business day they are ordered when ordered by 5 PM Central. Any order containing one or more products marked as "Available" will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

To get in-stock products to you as quickly as possible, we may ship part of your order right away and ship remaining items later at no additional charge.

Express Shipping (U.S.)

Available for in-stock products, U.S. Express Shipping is offered via USPS Express Mail for a flat rate of $34.99. Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM Central.

USPS guarantees overnight delivery to most locations (including Saturday delivery for orders placed on Friday) or your shipping fee will be refunded. Some zip codes are only guaranteed for 2nd day delivery. Click here to determine if your zip code is 1- or 2-day delivery (origin zip code is 63026).

U.S. Returns

You may return unopened products for a full refund, less any shipping fees, within 30 days of receipt.

Special Order, perishable food items and refrigerated products are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Inspect all products and expiration dates before opening the bottles. Do not throw away unwanted items until you have contacted Customer Service.

To start a return, go to My Account and select the Orders & Returns tab. Click the "Returns" link on the order containing items you wish to return and follow the instructions. After completing your return request, you'll be emailed further details and instructions.

You may also contact Customer Service and provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.

Ship all returns to the address above. We must receive your return within 10 days of the return request being made.

Customers living in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area may choose to pick up their orders. Simply select "Pick Up" as your Shipping Method during check out and your order will be ready for you when you arrive at our office.

Refrigerated Products

We follow manufacturers' suggested storage and shipping policies, and when recommended, we include FREE ice packs and insulated bags to demonstrate our commitment to handling products with the utmost care every step of the way.

Conditions during shipping are unlikely to affect product freshness or potency even if the ice pack is melted and warm. If concerned, consider upgrading to a faster shipping method.

Extensive testing shows these probiotic products can withstand more extreme conditions than experienced during transit while maintaining potency at or above what's listed on the label.

In most cases, ice packs will not stay frozen or remain cold during transit. Even if the ice packs are completely thawed and the product is warm to the touch, these probiotics have excellent stability during the short time that they are exposed to ambient temperatures. Tests on probiotics that have arrived at their destination warm with thawed ice packs have verified that potency is not adversely affected.

Auto Ship

Simply select an Auto Ship frequency when adding a product to your cart to enroll that product. We'll send it automatically at the frequency you selected and charge your selected payment method. You can even put different products on different schedules!

Easy to change: Change, cancel or pause any time in My Account or by contacting us. You may also change the delivery address, payment method, quantity and frequency.

To enroll a new product in Auto Ship, place a new order.

Stay in the know: When an Auto Ship processes, you'll receive order and shipping confirmation emails just like regular orders that include order details and tracking information.

* Discount calculation:The discount is based on the product's price at the time the order is created. Prices may change over time. Sales tax will be applied if applicable and is excluded when calculating the discount. Coupons or other discounts cannot be applied to Auto Ship orders. The 5% discount may not be avaialble depending on other site-wide discounts being offered.

Product availability: We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of your Auto Ship order, but our goal is to ship it in time to receive it before you run out.

If any Auto Ship item is unavailable on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we'll send it when it becomes available. For longer delays or when a product is discontinued, we'll notify you and let you know your options.

Processing payments: If we are unable to process the payment method stored on file, we'll hold the order and contact you to resolve the issue.

Backorder Information

From time to time, manufacturer products become backordered. High quality brands will not sacrifice their standards, if for example, a batch does not pass quality control testing or a key ingredient cannot be reliably sourced.

Often we insulate you from such outages because our inventory outlasts the outage. Occasionally, however, a protracted outage may occur, and we must put the product on backorder. If available from the manufacturer, we'll provide an estimated availability date, though there are many factors outside our control and even the manufacturer's own estimated availability date may change.

You may wish to contact your healthcare provider to see if there are any in-stock alternatives. We also recommend clicking the “Request Email Notification” button, and we'll notify you immediately when the product becomes available.
